Is the Carnival Guy insured?Yes, the Carnival Guy carries a multi million dollar liability and accidental coverage policy. We are fully insured with a local insurance broker. You can also print our liability certificate here on our website.

Is the Carnival Guy compliant with the Kansas Amusement Ride Act?Yes! Our inflatables are inspected annually and are licensed for operation in the State of Kansas. If you are outside of Kansas, please contact us for more information.

Can I pick up my rentals from your warehouse?Yes. However, the Carnival Guy will not allow customers to set-up inflatables. For that reason, customers are not allowed to pick up inflatables. For smaller items such as concession machines, midway games, decorations, etc. you are more than welcome to come to our warehouse and pick those items up.

Do you provide extension cords?Yes. All of our inflatable rides will come with one extension cord. We must have access to an outlet within 50-100 feet. Only one cord is allowed per blower motor.

What exactly is a dedicated circuit?When the Carnival Guy says you need a dedicated circuit, we are referring to an electrical outlet. We will need one outlet that is dedicated to only one blower per outlet. These outlets are 20 amp circuits.

What if I do not have access to power?The best option for your event will be a generator. If you have access to one, make sure that you can run the equipment off of it. We rent event generators which can run 3-5 blowers at one time.
