Insurance and Safety
We take safety to heart
The Carnival Guy is fully insured with a local insurance agency. We carry both accidental and general liability insurance coverage. If you are a school PTO, its likely that your organization is covered under your school's insurance policy. If you are hosting an event at your home, your party might also be covered under your home owners insurance.
Keep in mind, when you sign a contract with the Carnival Guy you (the organization) are stating that you will monitor and supervise the rented equipment. It is your responsibility to assure the safety of guests when the Carnival Guy is not present at your event. Upon setting up equipment, we also require our customers to sign a customer agreement. We will walk the client through all of the safety procedures and show them that the equipment is properly set-up. It's our goal to take every necessary step to assure safety at your event.
At Carnival Guy Party Rentals, safety is our number one priority. We have a set list of procedures that we follow to make sure the equipment we rent to our customers is safe, clean, and quality tested. We follow the safety guidelines provided by the (Inflatable Rental Company Operators) and the A.R.A. (American Rental Association). We take our safety seriously and instruct our customers to do the same. That is why we have created this page providing the necessary information to keep you and your guests safe.
